They're coming to YOUR house. Yes, Obama care has a program called, "Home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children," which would provide (via grants to states) for home visitation programs to educate parents on child behavior and parenting skills.
That means they will now be able to come into your home and kidnap your children WITHOUT even an allegation of abuse first. This is really serious folks.
