Social Worker gets revenge on 9 year old kid by posting sex ad about her.
Published in ParentDish
A New York social worker was ticked off at a nine-year-old school friend of her child, because of something that happened between them at school. So, to get revenge, she set up a sex ad on Craig's List with the little girl's name and phone number, telling callers to ask for "Hot Lady". Social workers have compassion for children, dontcha know.
CPS Perverts Steal Children Over Bathtime Photos
Published in AP
Perverts at Arizona Child "Protective" [sic] Services have kidnapped three little girls from a family that took some traditional bathtime photos of the children. Wal-Mart was complicit in the crime by doing the "snitch" duty to report the alleged "pornography" to the ever-vigilant pervs at the state agency, when the family brought a bunch of vacation pictures in for processing.
CPS will say that these could be used for child pornography purposes. Most families have taken such photos for decades and have never used them for anything other than laughing over their kids antics. The overreaching of CPS on these matters reflects a sad assumption that all parents are evil abusers, when only a small fraction are. They do not know how to make reasonable inquiries without traumatizing children in the process. This could have been handled reasonably without harming the poor children by kidnapping them from the parents.
Moral: EVERYONE is a member of the snitch network now. Beware! Moral No. 2: Check over your pictures and think if anything could be mis-interpreted as child abuse before taking it to any pharmacy or store for developing.
Dirty secret No. 1 in Obamacare
Published in WorldNetDaily
They're coming to YOUR house. Yes, Obama care has a program called, "Home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children," which would provide (via grants to states) for home visitation programs to educate parents on child behavior and parenting skills.
That means they will now be able to come into your home and kidnap your children WITHOUT even an allegation of abuse first. This is really serious folks.
Child-Snatchers and Life-Stealers -- Pt. I
Published in Pro Libertate
Prosecutors and social workers put children through a form of officially sanctioned ritual abuse. They were seized from their families at gunpoint, placed under wrap-around supervision by government employees, and subjected to lengthy interrogation and indoctrination sessions designed to suborn perjured testimony from them and, if possible, to convince them that they had, indeed, been molested.
Kids recant abuse claims after dad jailed 20 years
Published in Boston Globe
A man was falsely accused by his children of sexual abuse, prompted by a vindictive ex-wife and manipulated by an unscrupulous sheriff's deputy, who kept insisting to them that it was true. The little children succumbed to the pressure and admitted abuse, even though it was not true, just to get them to shut up.
At last, after 20 years, they broke free of her spell and cleared his name, and he was released from jail.
Wasteful restraining orders clog Rock County courts
Published in The Janesville Gazette
A Wisconsin court says that 70% of restraining orders brought in that court are false or unneeded. That sounds a little low, but such an admission is a good start toward reforming this horribly unjust law which is abused by MOST of the people seeking restraining orders.
Till Death Do Us Pay
Published in Boston Magazine
An article about crushing alimony awards in Massachusetts, and the affect they have on families. Alimony in Massachusetts is to allow the recipient to enjoy the same lifestyle as she had during the marriage, even if she has skills, but does not want to work. However, it does not give the payer the same right to maintain his financial stability, and alimony often drives payers into financial ruin or bankruptcy. Court's reaction - Shrug. Pay or go to jail.
The article also exposes Massachusetts State Senator Cynthia Stone Creem, co-chair of the senate judiciary committee, who vows to kill any alimony reform. She happens to be a practicing divorce lawyer, so she benefits from the law by getting her clients the goodies that her own committee oversees.
All hail, Massachusetts corruption, thievery, and greed.
Single mothers and the baby boom
Published in The Boston Globe
Nearly 40 percent of all babies born in the United States in 2007, up from 34 percent in 2002 and 18 percent in 1980, were born to unmarried women. This is a target-rich environment for DCF, and will result in huge amounts of strife between the parents, which will increase restraining orders.
Today, we have two contradictory trends. Millions of fathers are involved in hands-on child care to an unprecedented degree; millions of children have little or no contact with their fathers. After divorce, it is rare for a father to be allowed to have sufficient contact. This has created the largest pool of unfathered boys in our history.
A society cannot hold together when so many families are unglued, and so many children have no fathers. The social do-gooders will have a bright future dealing with all the pathologies of this massive influx of ruined persons.
Mother sentenced to prison in baby’s death - Milford Woman Puts Body in Trash
Published in Worcester Telegram & Gazette
A woman was sentenced to two and a half years in jail for disposing of her almost-to-term baby at home, instead of having a professional abortionist kill it and dispose of it legally for her, which would have been "lawful". The judge then suspended the sentence pending appeal, which usually takes a year or so.
If a man killed his child, he would be serving ten years, with no mercy - and rightly so. If an abortionist kills that same child, he serves no time. If the woman hires the abortionist to kill the child, even against the clearly expressed will of the man, no one goes to jail and the child is killed.
Frequently, DCF or CPS demands that a mother kill her child in just these circumstances, and often over the father's objection.
And we wonder why our child protective services agencies easily brutalize and traumatize children. It is because they are reduced to mere objects which can be killed at will. They only exist to serve their bigger government purpose - of gaining control over parents, or, if the child is alive, then gaining control over the child by the police state apparatus.
The Lesson: just don't kill your child at home. Get a pro with a state license to murder your child, and it is all legal.
Sixth Grader Sues Dad Over Grounding - And Wins
Published in CBCNews
A little twelve year old brat won in her legal appeal against her father, where the even brattier and more absurd Quebec Superior Court decided a child does not have to obey her father. The Father's lawyer said: 'Either way, he doesn't have authority over this child anymore. She sued him because she doesn't respect his rules. It's very hard to raise a child who is the boss.'

Using Kids As Weapons
Published in National Post
Parents in custody fights often use children as weapons to wage a vengeful fight against the other parent, by trying to turn the child against the other parent. Such behavior is often ignored by courts, and not counted against the alienating parent.

Baby P and the Child Abuse Industry
Published in The Salisbury Review
The vast preponderance of child abuse and child deaths occurs in single-parent homes. Very little abuse takes place in married, two parent families. Yet instead of allowing fathers to protect their children, fathers are forcibly and systematically removed from their homes and children by family courts with the active support of social work bureaucracies.
