Supreme Judicial Court Justices Don't Shovel Sidewalks, After Ruling We Have To

Well, well, well. The Supreme Judicial Court (again unconstitutionally taking power only given to the legislature) has ruled that we are liable for clearing the snow from our homes and sidewalks in front of them.

HOWEVER, the Boston Herald found that THREE of the seven justices of that Exalted Body did not do it. The incredible excuse given by Justice Cowin for not shoveling her snow would surely be harshly mocked and condemned in her own court if anyone tried to use it. She said:

“We plowed, we put down salt. We’re doing the best we can,” said Cowin. “I was trying to take some time off this week.”

Uh, yeah, judge. Can my clients use that excuse when someone slips on their steps.
