$35 million for Stealing Kids - It's a start, at least
The incentive program for paying states to kidnap and adopt out more children is still in its infancy. The following article describes the $35 million dollar payout to the states for exceeding their adoption quotas. I'm sure that once the states discover this new revenue source, and can figure out ways to get round the fools and obstructionists who stand in the way of the glorious state taking the children (i.e. parents), then the numbers will begin to soar.
