The New MassOutrage

MassOutrage is expanding, with a new format and with much more material to help you fight the family and juvenile court system to save your family. The site will vastly expand the information about 1) Restraining orders/orders of protection; 2) State departments of children and families or CPS; and 3) Divorce and paternity cases.

This site is hosted by Attorney Gregory A. Hession, a Springfield, Massachusetts attorney specializing in family, juvenile, and Constitutional law since 1993.

The new MassOutrage will have several new features to help you fight against outrageous injustice in the court system. Our core information has been Massachusetts law, but we will now be expanding to include information for other states.

As we are able to add it, the site will now include all the laws, regulations, and even the policy manuals for family and juvenile law, in searchable form.

Plus, a new series of do-it-yourself audio educational products, called the Win Your Own Case Series, from Iron Triangle Productions will be available for sale through the site. They will provide you the information and documents to fight and win your own case in family or juvenile court, or restraining order case.

The "Iron Triangle" of family law consists of the three sides of restraining orders, CPS or DCF, and divorce. Whether one, two, or all three sides of the deadly Iron Triangle of family law descend upon your family, it can nearly destroy you and your children.

You need information to fight back, and these Win Your Own Case educational programs will provide the real-world information to help you do that. They include how to prepare for and present your case, revealing information that lawyers will NEVER tell you, or don't even know themselves. They include all the needed documents, explanations of everything in English, not lawyer-jive, and include secrets about how the law REALLY works, not what is in the books.

MassOutrage is my attempt to help families fight back against state tyranny in the family and juvenile law area. Anyone who has experienced the Family Court or the Juvenile Court firsthand will never be the same. I am appalled at the horrible injustice perpetrated by the system against families, and I have spent a large amount of my time and money to make this information available to you.

Weekly, and sometimes daily, I get emails from people who have found that this information has helped them save their families or themselves from disaster. I hope it will be a blessing to you as well.

Going forward, this feature will highlight an "Outrage of the Week" from the seamy underbelly of the family and juvenile court systems. There is no shortage of material, unfortunately.
