Our focus is on restraining orders based on false allegations, defending parents against unfounded accusations of abuse and neglect by the Dept. of Children and Families, and affirming that children need both parents in custody cases.
Mr. Hession was a salesman for many years before he went to law school (so he knows what it's like to have a real job outside the strange world of law and courts). He has a bachelor of arts degree in music, and earned a law degree from Western New England College of Law in 1993 (called a Juris Doctor, or J.D.).
Fighting tyranny is emotionally painful for the client and the attorney, and not always successful. Attorney Hession's approach is personal, since he has a great affinity for the struggles of his clients against arbitrary government power.
Mr. Hession's law office is in Springfield, Massachusetts. His wife Sandra assists him
as his paralegal.
